I've taken many detours, walking through the rain.

The things I couldn't say.
The parts of myself I couldn't show anyone.
And the nights when I still listened for someone's quiet voice.

Looking back, perhaps the scenery I once knew no longer exists anywhere.

The flowers swaying in the wind, the sky reflected on the surface of the water, the nights when I found myself lost in the stars-all of them have slowly become distant memories.

And yet, the things that remain in our hearts never truly disappear.

When I learned about the language of the lobelia flower, I felt something in its meaning resonate with emotions I had carried within me.

To live for someone else, even while carrying your own weakness.
To stop trying to bring back what has already drifted away, and instead hold it close as a precious memory.

Lobelia is a song about walking through the rain with those imperfect, uncertain feelings still inside me.
