Hikari" was created as a theme song for the visually impaired and visually impaired by representing the feelings of the participants through the "Shingan (mind's eye, true eye) Project," a free rap course for the visually impaired organized by NEXT VISION, a public interest incorporated association, and managed and supported by the Japan Rap Association. The artwork was created by blind and visually impaired skaters.
