I'm wearing a hat, while seeking my cat at night
Where did she go? Nowhere to be seen in sight
She has such blue eyes, white fur, and a pink nose. Lovely cat!
Has anyone seen her around here recently?
Cat's great escape, Cat's great escape, Cat's great escape
The cat's escape, she's on the loose
(Meow) Cat's great escape, (Meow) Cat's great escape, (Meow) Cat's great escape
The cat's escape, she's on the loose
Search in the back alleys and in the grass at night
I can't hear her bell, not even after midnight
She has a silky coat, a long tail, and big almond-shaped eyes
Has anyone seen her around here recently?
Cat's great escape, Cat's great escape, Cat's great escape
The cat's escape, she's on the loose
(Meow) Cat's great escape, (Meow) Cat's great escape, (Meow) Cat's great escape
The cat's escape, she's on the loose
Where has she gone?
Where has she gone?
I call your name, my voice echoes in the void
Did you yearn for the thrill of the world beyond?
She is such a playful, chatty, funny, friendly, and lovely cat
Has anyone seen her around here recently?
Cat's great escape, Cat's great escape, Cat's great escape
The cat's escape, she's on the loose
(Meow) Cat's great escape, (Meow) Cat's great escape, (Meow) Cat's great escape
Help me find our missing cat?
Cat's great escape, Cat's great escape, Cat's great escape
The cat's escape, she's on the loose
(Meow) Cat's great escape, (Meow) Cat's great escape, (Meow) Cat's great escape
The cat's escape, she's on the loose

Hello music lovers! I'm Shu Hakamada, a Japanese singer-songwriter born on 1959. I suffered hearing loss in 2006 and was forced to give up my career as a professional musician in my mid-40s. Since then, I was away from music for over 15 years, but in 2024 I returned with a new passion.
'Restart' represents my musical rebirth, featuring a journey through diverse melodies and harmonies - from upbeat anthems to soul-searching ballads. Drawing inspiration from The Beatles, classic rock and roll, and Motown, these songs explore themes of love, grief, and hope.
This album was created entirely at home, with all tracks played, recorded, and mixed by myself.
Creating 'Restart' was like rediscovering a part of myself I thought I'd lost. It's living proof that age is no barrier to pursuing new dreams. We were all born to run - to chase our passions, overcome challenges, and reinvent ourselves at any stage of life.
