  rock band of japan. ***************** Ni-ne is a band formed in 1998 by Hisao Otsuka (vo/G). In 2000, he gained attention with his first album"Receiver of August". It features a simple, violent, rough and warm band sound. "I'm better than the songs I made, I'm so much better" (drunk) The beginning of the lyrics of the first song of the first album. Vocalist Hisao Otsuka expresses these genuine emotions straight out, sometimes with a crying voice. "I'm enduring it because I'm drunk. It's so sad that I can't stand it if I'm sober. Ni-ne is weak and lacks confidence, but she is always kind, passionate, and loves people. That's one of the attractions. I am depressed and exhausted from my daily life. I'm going crazy. Otsuka honestly sings such a dark side of life. This is where the second thing that is attracted person. Some people are saved by dark performances, bad lyrics, and closed minds.
