KOHTAが2024年11月6日(水)にニューシングル「Lily」をリリースする。今回は作詞・作編曲・MIX・Mastering・アートワークのデザイン、すべての楽曲制作工程をKOHTA自身で手がけた作品だ。

本楽曲は、影響されやすい情報社会の中で純粋無垢なKOHTAが、周りに流されずピュアで変わらないものは大切にし続けたいと願いを込めたエモトラップソングである。

サウンドはChopされたギターをベースに、サビでは二つのボーカルChopも折り重なり実生活での様々なノイズや現代社会への生きづらさを表している。
一方でそんなことすらも気にしないシンプルでピュアな808ベースと流れるようなtrap beatで構成し、現代社会の中でのKOHTAの想いを表現している。

「Lily」は2023年8月にサビのみのショート動画をSNSに投稿したところ、インスタグラムのリールにて4.8万再生、2000いいね、188保存を獲得した人気作品だ。
