As the title suggests, the dual nature of various elements emerges throughout the album.

  • Kyphos!s

    Born in Otsu, Shiga, Japan, Kyphos!s is a rapper who built his foundation in the Kansai region before expanding his activities nationwide from his current base in Tochigi and Northern Kanto. Drawing from his international experience and academic background, his music explores social issues in Japan and around the world while also expressing his personal philosophy and deep connection to his hometown through carefully crafted lyricism, intricate rhyme schemes, and meaningful storytelling. Built on a foundation of Boom Bap while seamlessly embracing Soul, Drill, and contemporary hip-hop, Kyphos!s has earned recognition for his exceptional lyricism, versatile delivery, and commanding live performances. Following the release of his debut album DUAL NATURE in 2024, he returned in 2026 with his sophomore album UNSUNG ANTHEMS. Crafted over nearly two years and released on CD, vinyl, and streaming platforms, the 16-track project features acclaimed artists from Japan and abroad, showcasing his artistic evolution and unwavering commitment to his identity as an MC.
