When the drops from my eyes
Fall down on the stairs
They turn into stains that never fade
In the dawn’s early light
Would it be the light for tomorrow?
When my picture on your canvas
Fades like flowers
The color of me would turn to nothing
As if it never were there
Would I be cast away to your past?
Daydreams and night dreams
Never were real
Story to history
Melted into the sky
Days for a dreamer
I am just a drop in your life
When the sound of your laughter
Echoes in my dream
I dream of touching your tender lips
When the morning sun comes
Will you be my perfect flower
If only for this moment
Do our love stay?
Story to history
Blown by the wind
Days for a dreamer
I am only a drop for your life
But that’s ok with me
Cause the golden castle we’ve built
Never crumble to the touch
Forever stay in my heart
Days for a dreamer
I love you
If only for this moment
Do our love stay?
Story to history
Gone with the wind
Days for a dreamer
I am just a drop in your life
There were times I wished for
Everlasting love
I guess I'll take what we’ve shared
Put them in my bag
Days for a dreamer
I love you
