  Featuring a captivating high-tone voice that effortlessly commands a three-octave range, Masaya is a highly accomplished vocalist. Best known for his remarkable ability to perform songs by female artists in their original keys, he continues to enchant audiences worldwide. Masaya first gained major television prominence in August 2020 on TBS's live-broadcast karaoke tournament, securing the highest score of the night. This breakthrough led to an invitation to TV Tokyo's prestigious THE KARAOKE BATTLE in October 2020, where he finished as the runner-up in his debut appearance. His growing profile culminated in a prestigious selection to perform the national anthem at the Orix Buffaloes' pre-game ceremony at Kyocera Dome Osaka in April 2024. In July 2025, he joined the audition program Geneki KaWang JAPAN, a co-production between Korea's MBN and BS Nippon TV. After finishing in 2nd place in the finals, Masaya secured his spot in the Japan Representative TOP 7, later competing in the Korea-Japan KaWang Battle. His powerhouse performances went viral, leading to an appearance on the Korea-Japan Top Ten Show and earning him widespread acclaim and a passionate fanbase in South Korea for both his vocal prowess and engaging personality. His influence extends into fashion and global media; on February 5, 2025, he was appointed to the Japan Family for the global luxury brand MCM. In April 2026, he clinched 1st place in the Global Fan Pick J-pop STAR awards hosted by Korean media outlet iMBC. In June 2026, his newly penned solo track, NIJIIRO -Colors of Rainbow-, was announced as the official theme song for the nationwide theatrical film release, The Traveling Medical Examiner Shusaku Michiba. As a central member of KaWang, the group born from the audition show, he released their 1st Mini Album KiraKira on February 27 and graced the stage at the MUSIC AWARDS JAPAN 2026 in June. Representing his agency across multiple high-profile projects, Masaya continues to drive massive global engagement. In addition to his solo pursuits, he actively collaborates with his labelmates, including the 3-member hip-hop group AGE-whose June 15, 2026 release PERCENTAGE% hit No. 1 on the daily album charts-and Ryo (WITHDOM) in the male duo M&R, whose single Reversi remains a long-term smash hit. Collectively, their presence across YouTube, social media, and DSPs has amassed over 30 million views, solidifying Masaya's status as a premier artist to watch in the international music scene.
