He keeps telling himself that, yet he still wonders where she is and how she's getting by. Not My Life turns anger, frustration, and the concern he cannot completely leave behind into a heavy rock track.

Then comes Give Me Time, a voice from the other side.
She doesn't ask for forgiveness or for things to return to the way they were. She knows trust cannot be restored by words alone. All she asks for is time, to stand on her own and prove through her actions that she can change.

A man who walks away but still cares.
A woman who doesn't ask him to take her back, only to give her time.

Not My Life and Give Me Time tell one unresolved story from two different perspectives, pairing the weight of heavy rock with the emotional space of a ballad.
