Born in Brisbane Australia in 1988, HOMEY is an artist redefining the boundaries of melodic rap. Blending smooth and emotionally resonant melodies with hip hop sensibility, his music reaches beyond genre and has been praised for its ability to uplift and connect, even with listeners who do not usually listen to rap. His breakthrough came in March 2025 with phonograph by HOMEY and Jaysick, which went viral on Instagram Reels and surpassed 1 million views, driven largely by listeners in India.
