Samezame continues to sing about the pain of girls living in the present, without any embellishment.

This is the fourth release in their 2026 consecutive digital release series.

"Lying 'I Love You.'" is a piano ballad depicting the moment when memories of a finished love resurface, along with scents and places.

It carefully portrays the feeling of being unable to let go of the past, picking up traces of love that remain in everyday life, such as waiting on a train platform or searching for photos that were supposed to have been deleted.

It captures Samezame's characteristic raw emotional fluctuations, where one blames the other person as a "liar," but then realizes that they too are a liar for pretending to have forgotten.

Kameda Taku of Owarikara participates on piano, making it a song that quietly leaves a lingering feeling of love.
