    Rock band 2222 (Nigayottu) is a four-piece band with roots in 70s and 80s hard rock with a touch of J-Pop, under the slogan "Smash the old man band!". Formed in 2016, the band will begin performing live in 2025. A tour of Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka is planned for 2026. Bassist BOB turned 60 this year and the contrast with his looks has caused a social media buzz, with his Instagram following reaching 40,000 and even being featured in the news.
