Yonca
Yonca is a pop-oriented singer-songwriter based in Tokyo, Japan. Meaning clover in Turkish, Yonca is a reflection of her artistry - seeking and hoping for a bright future and luck amidst bittersweetness in the process of healing. With a Japanese mother and a Japanese-American father, Yonca learned to express herself through music by playing the Japanese koto instrument at a young age. Growing up listening to Japanese and American pop hits, she gradually shifted to singing. Her international roots can be felt from her unique singing voice, singing-style and melody. With a bright future ahead, Yonca continues to create music and connect with audiences around the world.
