Kyushu's Fukuoka hardcore band universe last a ward releases their first album in six years, "Ride with Us."
The title "Ride with Us" embodies universe last a ward's determination to take their scene comrades along with them to the next step through this album.
The sound is grounded in a metallic hardcore foundation, featuring sporty riff work, tough beatdowns, and decadent roars, presenting a sound further refined from their previous work.
The lyrics, rooted in the struggles and conflicts of daily life and memories shared with like-minded friends, build upon the lyrical Japanese verses of previous works. They now incorporate more rap-infused flows that make you want to nod your head, evolving alongside the sound.
The album features eight vibrantly colored tracks, enhanced by guest appearances from select vocalists/rappers chosen from numerous collaborations and everyday hangouts.
Furthermore, from his native Kyushu, familiar faces like lee (asano+ryuhei) and $ELMA from Nagasaki, alongside Fukuoka legends FREEZ and festival kingpin YOUTH-K reuniting for a "legendary tag team revival" that will set Kyushu hearts aflame. Three tracks showcase diverse styles, creating an album uniquely universe last a ward that fully captures the charm of Kyushu street culture.

In 2019, they released their first album "N9S" from DEAD SKY RECORDINGS. In 2022, with lee (asano+ryuhei) from Kitakyushu, AGAINST THE GRAIN from Hiroshima, and 1Co.The band has played with many foreign bands and appeared at "Bloodaxe Festival", one of the biggest hardcore festivals in Japan, and has grown to become one of the leading hardcore bands in Japan both in name and reality.
