The latest installment in the Mellow Mellow ~GeG's Playlist~ series.

Created together with artists GeG has encountered across generations and genres, this collaborative work captures the sounds he wants to express in this very moment in the most honest and direct way. Originally launched in 2019, the ~GeG's Playlist~ series now reaches its third chapter with this release.

At the heart of the series is a simple idea: the people GeG wants to meet now, and the moments he wants to preserve. Rather than relying on excessive decoration or overly strong messages, the music is carefully woven with comfort, atmosphere, and storytelling at its core.

Each song, shaped with GeG's distinct sense of warmth and perspective, naturally intersects with the individuality and personal timelines of the artists involved. The result is a body of work that quietly blends into the listener's everyday life, aiming to remain a lasting part of it.

Since its launch in 2019, the series has continued to grow in both impact and meaning. Vol.1, Mellow Mellow, gave birth to Merry Go Round, featuring WILYWNKA, VIGORMAN, Tsubaki, and BASI - a signature song of the series that has surpassed 100 million cumulative streams. The album itself was also highly acclaimed across major streaming platforms, helping bring GeG's musical vision closer to the scene while establishing Chill Pop as a defining sensibility.

Vol.2, released in 2024, introduced another standout track, EDEN featuring Tsubaki and Nishina. While carrying forward the mellowness established in Vol.1, it also expanded the series' sonic range by incorporating more danceable elements and new production approaches, further strengthening the identity and presence of the project.

Together, these works show that ~GeG's Playlist~ is not a one-time concept, but an evolving series that continues to grow through each release.

    GeG Profile GeG is the representative of GBs Music. He is a music producer, track maker and arranger. Alongside his activities as a member of Hentai Shinsi Club, GeG collaborates with a wide range of artists across genres and generations as a producer. He has worked with Hentai Shinsi Club, WILYWNKA, VIGORMAN, Jin Dogg, Jin Hiiragi, Miliyah Kato, yama, Nishina, Tubaki, J SOUL BROTHERS III from EXILE TRIBE, t Ace, Motohiro Hata, Wanuka, Hypnosis Mic, MAISONdes, Tenshin Nasukawa, Haruka Fukuhara, Nanawoakari, kojikoji, Hiplin and Shuya Kobayashi. His work crosses scenes and styles without being limited to a single genre. Rooted in hip hop and R and B, his production moves seamlessly between pop, band sound, acoustic music and film scoring. He is known for designing music that brings out each artists individuality and fully expresses the atmosphere and emotion of a song. In recent years, he has expanded his field beyond artist releases to include original scores for television dramas and visual works, music for professional sports related content and music direction for live performances and events. He also leads multiple projects as a main producer, building a consistent vision from music production to live performance. Through his own projects, he has created songs such as MERRY GO ROUND, I GOTTA GO and EDEN. As the head of GBs Music, GeG continues to develop music centered creative work including song production, live direction, event planning and backing band production. What is GBs Music. GBs Music is a creative team composed of producers, musicians, bands and directors. Centered on music production, the team develops artist projects, creates original scores, directs live performances and stages and produces backing bands.     アーティスト名: 柊人 (シュウト / アルファベット表記: Shuto) カメラマンだった父親の仕事の都合で幼少期をインドネシアやオーストラリアといった海外で過ごす。 両親の影響で、小学生の頃からブラック・ミュージックや洋楽全般が流れる環境で育ち、オーストラリア在住時代の10代前半からヒップホップを聴き始める。15歳の頃には家族で沖縄県に移住。同時期から英語でラップのリリックを書き始める。 高校を卒業後、東京に引っ越し、その時期からBRON-K／紅桜／CHOUJIといったラッパーに影響を受け、日本語のリリックをメロディに載せるスタイルのラップを志すようになる。東京での活動を経て2019年に沖縄に戻り、CHOUJIのサポートを受けて2019年にシングル曲“packback”（CHOUJI, 柊人 feeat. MuKuRo名義）を発表。以降、精力的に制作活動を展開し、“好きなこと”（2021年）のMV発表をきっかけに注目度を高めていく。自身名義の作品以外でも、2023年にはRedBullの動画企画「RASEN」やCHICO CARLITOの客演として出演した「THE FIRST TAKE」などのビッグ・コンテンツが話題を呼び、どちらもYouTubeで100万回以上の再生数を記録。客演オファーやライヴ出演も急増し、沖縄を代表するアーティストのひとりとしての地位を確立する。 自身のストラグルや葛藤、それらの感情を経て辿り着いた決意などを情感溢れる歌声で表現する柊人のスタイルは、ラッパーというカテゴライズだけに収まらないオリジナリティと音楽性を持ち、ヒップホップ・シーン内外からの高い評価を得ている。
