The lyrics of this song compare the human heart to "getting out of the house" and "the rain stopping" as people face their downcast hearts and start walking again.
The song incorporates the sounds of rain and various other sounds of daily life, and the changes in these sounds allow the listener to feel the subtleties of the human heart.
