I usually write about love, especially heartbreak, but I decided to change things up and write something completely different. When I prepared images based on the prompt of a Japanese landscape with a flowing river, most ended up looking like old Edo-period scenes (laughs). The cherry blossoms created a nice atmosphere, but it didnt quite match, so I decided to use them anyway. As for the music and lyrics, I feel they have that overseas vibe, and it ended up sounding somewhat like a half-hearted enka. An expert might have a lot to criticize (laughs). The lyrics express hope and friendship through the flow of the river. I hope the message of overcoming adversity comes through, even if just a little. By the way, the reason I chose the sorachi River is that its located near my family home. The sorachi River is located in Hokkaido, Japan, flowing through the sorachi region. This river is surrounded by beautiful natural scenery, with hot springs and tourist spots nearby. It is popular in the summer for rafting and fishing, contributing to local tourism and recreation. Additionally, its stunning seasonal landscapes provide healing and inspiration for visitors.
