NEON CIRCLE is a pop song project by Hiroshi Ishizuka, formed in Yokohama Japan in the late 1990s. After a few changes in members along the way, the group is now back to being his one-man project. With a paranoid perspective and a genuine love of sound based on modern technology, the group creates digitized pieces influenced by 60's and 70's garage pop and British folk rock, as well as punk rock, Americana, and more.
