東京を拠点とする映像制作団体、Tokyo Cowboysが2024年に製作した日本の長編映画『Aichaku』。
1950年代の音楽をモチーフにしたオリジナル曲のコレクションと、世界中から集まった多彩なミュージシャンをフィーチャーした本作の挿入曲は、ノスタルジーの感覚を呼び起こしながらも、個性的でオリジナリティに溢れている。
アナンダ・ジェイコブズは、映画で採用された6曲のオリジナル曲を書き起こし演奏・プロデュースまで手掛けました。そのうち2曲は、本人の父親であるピーター・ローレンス・ジェイコブズがレコーディングを行い参加しました。
歌詞はアナンダの世界観も投影し、1950年代のアメリカの雰囲気を彷彿させる楽曲に仕上がっています。アップビートなヴィンテージロックンロールから、優しく心のこもった純粋さと物悲しさが交わる心地よい空間へといざなうメロウな曲まで収録された作品です。

音楽プロデューサー、作曲家、アーティストのAnanda Jacobs（アナンダ・ジェイコブズ） は 2006年にアメリカから日本へ移す。 声優、女優としてCMやドラマ、ラジオなどに出演しながら、作詞・作曲、トラックメイキング、MIXを自ら手掛けるマルチアーティストとして活躍している。 インダストリアル等のエレクトロニカなサウンドをベースとし、ニューエージ系のポップスやクラシカルなアレンジを取り入れたクロスオーバーな楽曲に、夢の世界や深い心の中を表現するような精神性のあるテーマの歌詞と奥行きのある透き通った歌声で独自性の高い世界観を表現する。 2022年のアルバム「Songs of Love, Death, and Transcendence Vol. 1」は、iTunesのニューエイジカテゴリーでチャートインしました。2014年に3曲入りミニアルバム 「WAY」をJacobs名義でリリース。 2019年に３曲入りミニアルバム「Fire of the Sun」をリリース。 2020年に５曲入りミニアルバム「PALOR」をリリース。 その他に3枚のシングル “Massacre” (2010)、 “Mirror” (2020)、“Hikari” (English ver.)/(Japanese ver.) (2021)をリリースしている。 女優としてはNHK大河ドラマ「八重の桜」、NHK連続テレビ小説「マッサン」、舞台 大人計画「ウェルカム・ニッポン」、映画「赤い靴の女の子」などに出演、その他にSony、ShiseidoやUniqloのTVCMなどのナレーターも務めている。
