One day, I suddenly realized that receiving love requires a certain effort (or ability?) on the part of the recipient too.

Sometimes you don't recognize what's offered as love, or you recognize it and choose to reject it.
No matter how strong the feelings are, they simply won't reach someone who has no intention of receiving them.

I'm truly sorry about that. I've decided to turn this feeling of "I'm sorry" into a song, so I won't forget it.
