On August 16th, solo idol Yuri Maru (nickname: Yuri Maru) successfully hosted the event Solo Idols, Gather 'Round! at Shinjuku MARZ, bringing together 12 solo idol groups.
Riding that momentum, she will release the new song POPCORN on September 24, 2025, featuring Sakumaru., a rising star poised to lead the scene, as the third installment of her Solo Idol Featuring Project.

Continuing her evolution as a producer with each work, Hirano approached this project with the concept of conveying a new charm of Sakumaru. Both the lyrics and sound represent unprecedented challenges for her.
Hirano herself wrote the lyrics, crafting a song that blends an alluring yet pop-infused worldview. It showcases the delightful chemical reaction between cuteness and edginess woven through the interplay between Hirano and Sakumaru.

    THE idol, Yuri Hirano, nicknamed Yuri-maru. Her image color is white, and her trademark is naruto. She deeply loves her hometown of Asahi City, Chiba Prefecture. She has a wide range of musical styles, from classic idol songs to rap, and is based in the Kanto region, performing live shows across the country. In 2024, she released a full-length album featuring 15 tracks. Additionally, on January 1, 2025, she released a new single, marking the beginning of the new year. Furthermore, starting in 2024, driven by her desire to revitalize the solo idol scene, she has been planning and releasing a collaboration single series featuring solo idols.
