After building a reputation through elite dance credentials, media appearances, and collaborations with notable creators, the Tokyo-based independent artist now unveils a dark, sensual, and emotionally charged R&B album that redefines his sound entirely.

Fully produced by rising creator roa, "YOU" blends the grit of Hip Hop with atmospheric production, smooth melodies, and late-night urban textures. Rather than following mainstream trends, the album dives deep into themes of love, desire, heartbreak, and emotional vulnerability.

Known for combining vocals and dance into immersive live performances, Pei Chan first gained recognition through his background as a nationally ranked street dancer in Japan. Since then, he has steadily expanded his presence in the live music scene, including a successful 200-capacity one-man show in 2025 and an appearance at KT Zepp Yokohama in 2026.
