    けーりんが「TK」を、Hayato Yamaokaが「Y」を担う、2人のプロデューサーによる音楽プロジェクト。 3児の母であり、株式会社ライフキャリアcircle代表取締役、「Bポジけーりん大学」を主宰するけーりん。 そして、日本で生まれ、英語の歌と洋楽に育てられたシンガー／音楽プロデューサー、Hayato Yamaoka。 けーりんが、参加者一人ひとりの中にある想いや可能性を見つけ、人と人をつなぎ、挑戦が生まれる場所をつくる。Hayato Yamaokaが、その想いを受け取り、歌詞やメロディ、歌声へと変え、一つの音楽作品として形にする。 「何歳からでも、どんな立場からでも、新しい挑戦は始められる」 そんな想いから、2人はTKY PROJECTを立ち上げた。 歌の経験や上手さにかかわらず、それぞれの人生、夢、言葉を音楽に残していく。 TKY PROJECTは、けーりんとHayato Yamaoka、そして参加アーティストたちが共につくる、挑戦と再出発の音楽プロジェクトである。
