Ambient ad lib / Ushimaru

This work is ambient music that combines environmental sounds and improvisation recorded at "Restaurant Ushimaru" in Sammu City, Chiba Prefecture. The restaurant is particular about local production for local consumption, and its chefs visit producers to purchase ingredients, and they grow their own ingredients in the restaurant's own fields. This is music that I created while imagining the chef's thoughts.
