  A pop band covering a wide range of genres,featuring a female lead vocalist as the only woman in the group. The band consists of five members who are currently studying at a music university. Each member shares a strong passion for music and a high level of musical curiosity, which brought them together to form the band. The name Naname Neko reflects the idea of creating music that is so offbeat and unconventional that no one can easily define it while continuing to explore different styles on a whim. True to its name, the band constantly creates something new music that cannot be confined to any single genre, but simply exists as Naname Neko. Their sound ranges from electronic tracks to pieces inspired by flamenco from outside Japan, and even songs with unusually long intros, interludes, or outros that would be rare in modern pop. Through their music, they aim to give audiences plenty of moments that make them say, What is that?! in the most exciting way.
