SHIRUSHI is a five-track EP by Okayama-based rapper Dat and beatmaker NICOLAS.

The title SHIRUSHI carries a double meaning: an EP as a body of work, and Shirushi a mark left behind, a sign of existence.

Having previously collaborated on tracks such as DAT TRIP / 9.2, the two return with a full project built around NICOLAS heavy basslines, drums, and analog texture, paired with Dat raw and thoughtful lyricism.

Across BRAIN ,OLD ESSENCE feat. OuriK / 72 DN Freestyle /FLASH BACKK / and Juziro Dat draws from everyday life, work, friendship, Okayama, hip-hop, and his own roots.
