"You and the me" is a song that compares the self that continues to pursue something even though it knows it will never be fulfilled to a flower that blooms in the morning even though it knows it will wither at night, namely the morning glory.

The phrase "I just want to see you again" appears repeatedly in the lyrics.
Even though you feel close, for some reason you can't reach them. The frustration, sadness, and resignation born from such absurdity. The strength of humans striving to overcome it.
