Bitter Heart

Bitter Heart is a two track conceptual release built around the feeling of sweet memories slowly turning bitter over time.

The title track, Bitter Heart, explores the complicated space between love, resentment, longing, and emotional attachment. Rather than becoming a dramatic heartbreak song, it keeps the emotion restrained and close, expressing the bitter pulse that remains inside the heart through an intimate vocal presence, dry textures, and a dark, elegant atmosphere.

The coupling track, Call me, brings that emotion closer and more directly. It portrays a late night state of mind, waiting for a voice that may never return, while knowing that the past cannot truly be restored. With a more accessible and forward moving piano driven mood, the song turns loneliness, hope, illusion, and longing into a tender but restless night scene.

Although the two songs have different musical colors, they share the same emotional core. The heart wants to forget, but cannot. It cannot fully hate, yet can no longer call the feeling pure love. Bitter Heart presents that contradiction not as simple sadness, but as a dark and beautiful emotional aesthetic.
