REUNION:03 Prologue is an original motion picture soundtrack
entirely composed by Josh Surface,
designed to portray the state of a story before it begins.
Through sonic depictions of consciousness ignition within the Zero Point Field,
the lingering resonance of ghosts, the presence of SIS and Sion,
and the early signs of distortion and collapse within Arcadia,
Josh Surface employs a compositional approach that conveys emotional and psychological transitions through sound itself, rather than narrative exposition.
Drawing freely from ambient, dark synth, industrial, and classical elements, the score is structured around cinematic composition techniques.
Across 24 tracks, the music is arranged not as discrete "scenes",
but as layers of inner perception, where silence and tension, calm and unease, unfold organically.
Serving as a sonic and psychological prologue to REUNION:03,
this work represents the purest expression of his musical vision
and his capacity for narrative construction through sound.
This is not merely accompaniment.
It is the origin point of the story, told by composer Josh Surface.
