YEAH

MI HAPPY BAD BAD BAD

MI HAPPY BAD BAD BAD

Even if I'm not a superstar

I'm happier than anyone else

I don't have to be a superstar to be happier than anyone else

Oh Baby I'm thinking of you

Everything good

Everything good

Cool

Even if I'm not a superstar

I'm happier than anyone else

I don't have to be a superstar to be happier than anyone else

MI HAPPY BAD BAD BAD

MI HAPPY BAD BAD BAD

MI HAPPY BAD BAD BAD

MI HAPPY BAD BAD BAD

時々I get confused 忙しすぎて疲れる

Even if I'm not a superstar

I'm happier than anyone else

I don't have to be a superstar to be happier than anyone else

Many fans have been waiting for Metis' 20th Anniversary Album "ARIGATO" and it's finally here!

After overcoming various struggles and hardships since her major label debut, the queen of singing, Metis, is finally making a comeback as she celebrates her 20th anniversary this year!

Her dramatic rise on social media has garnered a lot of attention, and she's steadily grown her fan base across a wide range of platforms, including Instagram and TikTok, with every tour sold out.
Last year, she performed 101 shows, and has risen to the point where she's now been dubbed the "Queen of Live Performances."

To date, she's released several singles, freely singing across genres different from her major label days, and has finally released her masterpiece full-length album to mark her 20th anniversary.

With her beautiful, inclusive voice that seems to cover the entire earth, her lyrics that convey powerful messages, and above all, her approach to music that captures the hearts of those who fervently desire peace, her music has not diminished since her major label days; it has grown many times over and continues to captivate the hearts of so many.

Metis is the "goddess of love and peace," and the title of her new album, "ARIGATO," commemorates the 20th anniversary of her peace-loving, ever-prospering musical career.

It was chosen as a tribute to all the people she has met, the experiences and gratitude she has had over the past 20 years, and as a way to "live each day richly" and bring happiness to everyone.

Comprised of 18 tracks, this album is brimming with messages to start your day feeling good, connect your own life and love, and reach out to all people living in this modern age.

Important people, animals, nature, the universe. The album features a deep, warm voice and a warm sound that conveys the vibrations and resonance of the joy of being alive today, while nurturing all living things and life.

The album features many collaborative works with the beatmaker, the genius Otokaze, who has worked on tracks for renowned Japanese hip-hop artists such as Hannya and Wanyudo, and who also released "Mata Oide," a big Metis tune of 2024. Also appearing on the album are Rastaman artist HIKARI ZION, who has spent extensive time living abroad in countries such as Jamaica and India, and pianist Kumagai Maya, who has beautifully created solo piano vocals, a classic Metis style.

The team of engineers also includes CHAZBO, who has worked with UK dub culture heavyweight Jah Shaka; Myhem Sound System, a dub reggae sound from France that's suddenly bringing a breath of fresh air to the street scene; and engineer Kserfea. Features also include MOZAIKA, leader of MOZAIK MUZIK, a multinational street crew active in France, of which Metis is a member; and Mwana Pyro, a member of the crew who speaks four languages and is currently garnering significant attention.

This album is worthy of being called Empress Metis's masterpiece, produced with passion and dedication to this memorable 20th anniversary, together with colleagues from around the world.

With gratitude for the 20 years we've shared together with music...
This album, which promises to be a new cornerstone of contemporary music, will be shared with listeners both in Japan and around the world, with the aim of delivering an "ARIGATO" (thank you) to all who listen.
