All the songs are cheer songs!
They cheer for someone, or cheer for yourself.
This album is packed with all kinds of songs like that.
1. Fighting Pose: Cheering for my favorite! I can do it! (A song cheering for my favorite person.)
2. Pacemaker: A song to cheer on those working hard for recovery after the Noto Peninsula earthquake.
3. Thank You.: There's nothing that's truly normal. Even ordinary things are something to be grateful for.
4. First Spring Wind (Haru Ichiban): A cheer song for you, waiting beyond where the first spring wind blows everything away.
5. Go for it, Tatchan!: Dedicated to all the Tatchans in the world.
6. Song of the Sunflower: May our song, when the sunflowers bloom, encourage someone's spirit.
7. A Hundred-Year Journey of Life: There's no such thing as a parent lottery! The meaning of living is so simple.
8. Small Night Thoughts: Even if I die, I won't die.

On September 17, a rally event titled A Thousand Voices for Disaster Support & World Peace! Guinness World Record Challenge for Simultaneous Choir at Kouhaku will be held at Nagoya PORTBASE.
