国際的ピアニスト下川れいこ氏の依頼により、ポルトガルの作曲家ジェラルド・ロドリゲス氏の来日公演（2026年）のために特別に書き下ろされたピアノ連弾用アレンジ。

本アルバムは、そのコンサートで世界初演された3曲の「設計図」を、作編曲家・吉川美和自らが最新のデジタル技術を用いて具現化したプログラム音楽です。

原曲は、5thアルバム『Silent waltz』に収録された「Silent waltz」「Misty rain」「Dyads」。生演奏の熱量を踏襲しつつ、プログラムならではの緻密なダイナミクスと、ミステリアスで深みのある音響設計を施した、もう一つの『Silent waltz』の姿をお楽しみください。

    Miwa Yoshikawa (Miwanya) Composer / Arranger / Pianist Miwa Yoshikawa (Miwanya) is a Japanese composer, arranger, and pianist specializing in original piano music that blends mysterious sonorities with quiet lyricism. Focusing on the balance between melody and acoustic structure, she pursues an introspective and narrative soundscape. Her three original piano duet works received their world premiere in Osaka and Tokyo during the Japan concert tour of Portuguese pianist Gerardo Rodrigues, performed together with Japanese pianist Reiko Shimokawa. The performances were highly praised by music professionals for their originality and expressive depth. <Roots & Journey> Yoshikawa began studying classical piano at the age of six and started composing at fifteen. She later studied program music at university, exploring the relationship between musical structure and sonic resonance. Drawing on both her classical background and experience in the web and advertising industry, she now operates as an independent freelance musician. Her original works are released worldwide through YouTube and major streaming platforms under her digital brand and label. Born in Shiojiri, Nagano, she is currently based in Joetsu, Niigata, Japan.
