Singer-songwriter sheidA will release an EP produced during her stay in NY this year in December.
Until then, for nine months from March to November, she has started a challenge project of releasing one song a month.
"Sp3cial" in March, "As0bu tAme" in April, "99ft." in May, "Save m3 ft. Cyprus" in June, and "Stup1d Lov3" in July, this month she will release her new single"gh0st".
gh0st is based on sheidA's own experience of being stuck in the middle of both cultures, having grown up in the United States and Japan, and feeling she doesn't belong in neither. In addition, she is inspired by one of her favorite anime, "Ghost in the Shell", and the conflict of not knowing whether the main character is a robot or a human is very applicable to her as a bilingual.
The track is produced by D3adStock and Kiyoki from the same crew, The Game Changers.
