IA was born in 2012 as voice synthesis software distinguished by her crystal-clear "Crystal Voice" and rich expressive range. At the same time, she has continued to expand her presence as a virtual artist, building a global career centered around music.

In 2026, fourteen years after her debut, IA returns to the world of VOCALOID as the VOCALOID6 Voicebank IA :[R] -ARIA ON THE PLANETES-.

At its heart is the concept of "Rebreath".

Inheriting the crystalline voice that has defined IA throughout her journey while embracing new forms of expression, IA :[R] represents a newly evolved voice - created to breathe once again in sync with the present.

The demo song EP "Rebreath" brings this new expressive potential to life through the distinct musical visions of four creators.

The EP features four tracks: "Arcanaidea" by gaburyu, "Kyujitsu no Arekore" by Sasuke Haraguchi, "Nearly Call" by LanPage, and "Kousei Drop" by 142clawz.
