A new release from Chiba-based artist collective $ele9+0.
This track captures the impulse of moving the moment you open your eyes,
and the relentless drive to chase what you truly believe in.
No relying on others everything is a bet on yourself.
Choosing the hard way, even when its not the easiest path,
turning every scar and every piece of pain into fuel.
Building a city, a scene, and a future together with your people.
With no lies in their words and a raw, honest perspective,
they document the present while pushing far beyond it.
This is more than just a song.
Its an anthem for those who keep going
not the ones who watch and laugh, but the ones who never stop.
$ele9+0 (SELECT) is a HIPHOP crew based in Chiba, composed of six childhood friends: Kidwing, FLA$H, Fuzzy, Jilhooly, 22PEACE, and libe. The crew's story began when they decided to channel the "pain" carried by Kidwing, who once hovered between life and death after a tragic accident, into music. Bonded by a connection deeper than blood, they have steadily captured the hearts of listeners through their powerful tracks. Their sophisticated flows, piercing lyrics, and bold yet intricate sound production are uniquely shaped by the trials they have overcome. The messages embedded in their songs often revolve around deep connections to their hometown and the struggles they face, embodying their fiery passion to rise from Chiba to the national stage. On February 26, 2025, they are set to release their highly anticipated second album, *KIZASHI*. This work marks a significant evolution from their debut album, *$.D.L.G*, embodying both pain and growth through music. The lead track, *Vanilla*, conveys a strong message of "not hiding your tears," resonating deeply with listeners. Dressed in black, $ele9+0 delivers overwhelming performances on stage. Their explosive energy and commanding presence are turning the Chiba scene into a wave of black. As they continue to make waves in the music scene, their post-release trajectory will undoubtedly be worth watching.
