On March 27, 2024, Asa Kasumu Club 1st EP, "Kazeodorimichi," will be released. It marks the first step for Asa Kasumu Club, including the songs "Kazeodorimichi," "Kouen," "Uwazumideasobu," which have been quietly produced since 2022, and "Teikiatsu" produced in 2023, totaling four tracks.
In this EP, all four songs are composed and written by the vocalist and guitarist, Sekine, while Arthur, the bassist, showcases his talents beyond bass by arranging with keyboards, keyboard harmonicas, and more. They recorded and mastered everything themselves, creating what is commonly referred to as a home recording.
The lyrics, inspired by Sekine's struggles, conflicts, and small discomforts found in everyday life, will surely extend a light hand to someone's frustrations.
Sekine personally created the artwork, layering the typography of "Kazeodorimichi" over a photo of curtains swaying in the wind, expressing the phenomenon that inspired the world of the music and the production.
This Asa Kasumu Club 1st EP, "Kazeodorimichi," may not be overly bright or powerful, but it aims to resonate gently with someone's emotions and discomforts, offering tender music.
