I headed to school or work along the same route and went through my usual daily routine.
In the span of twenty-four hours, I ate when I was hungry and slept when I was tired.

Living through these identical days, I sometimes find myself thinking:

"Time has flown by in the blink of an eye."

This song is addressed to the "you" in the mirror-the one living out that same routine day after day.

Who is this day really for?

Today... right now... even just for a single moment.
