"Wave," buncho's second album, marks a significant departure from the breakbeat-oriented, song-structured approach of previous works. This new record instead seeks to capture the subtle "oscillations" that exist between the inner self and the external world. Human emotions, and the environments that surround them, are constantly exposed to fluid undulations, never truly at rest, always threatening to sweep us away like a flood of murky water.
Reflecting that, the tracks unfold with dizzying, almost hysterical shifts. They resonate, collapse, and reconstruct themselves, leaving traces of a world that is at once beautiful and profoundly unstable.
