Hello, Little Hands and Feet

A gentle movement-and-play song created for babies around 0-6 months old and the people who share their everyday moments.

With simple, repetitive words and soft rhythms such as little hands, little feet, open, close, and gentle tapping sounds, the song naturally encourages playful movements such as opening and closing the hands, moving the legs, responding to voices, and enjoying eye contact and facial expressions.

This song is not intended to train or improve physical abilities directly. Instead, it invites babies to explore the simple cycle of seeing, listening, touching, moving, and responding, while respecting each babys individual pace and curiosity.

The person singing can gently speak to the baby, pause for a response, smile, imitate movements, and repeat the playful cues. This creates opportunities for touch, communication, shared attention, and joyful interaction.

The lyrics intentionally avoid specific words such as Mom or Dad, making the song suitable for anyone who cares for or spends time with a baby-including parents, grandparents, childcare professionals, and other family members.

Its not about doing everything perfectly. Its about discovering little moments of joy together.

Follow the babys expressions and movements, enjoy the rhythm, and turn a few simple minutes into a warm moment of connection.
