    Born in Higashikawa, Hokkaido. Encouraged in band activities at Meiji University, Even after becoming a Doshin sports reporter, he continued to produce music, and in 2000, he won the Lyricist Award for "Minatomachi Saikyo Densetsu" at the Hakodate Keirin Theme Song Contest. Adopted as a theme song coupling for Hakodate Keirin. Independently produced album in 2001 Produced "Masato Shinohara VOL, 1". Also composed the image song "Draw Arch" for the Hokkaido Women's Rubber Baseball Federation and the opening theme "Pull the Joker" for Radio Kalos Sapporo "I like worms eating".
