  BIA (formerly known as BiARD) was the sole artist selected as the opening act for Kanye Wests Touch The Sky Japan Tour 06 in 2006. With a signature style described as rap like singing, and singing like rap, he made his nationwide debut with his first album Material. He steadily built his career by releasing the second mini-album Walkin Back in the dayz and producing an insert song for the film Awa DANCE, starring Nana Eikura and Ryo Katsuji. After his final release SAIKA, a mobile ringtone exclusive track themed around his hometowns Danjiri festival, he took a hiatus from artist activities. Seeking to expand his range of expression, he transitioned from music into the broader creative field, working across design, video production, filming, events, and film-making. After building a strong track record as a creator, he founded B-BRANDING Inc., a company focused on event and creative production as well as system development. Today, while operating multiple businesses centered on AI, he returns to music and entertainment with the release of Restart on February 10, 2026, relaunching his artist career under the new name BIA, formerly BiARD.
