I wonder how many summers have passed since I first came to Tokyo.
When the sweltering heat radiating from the asphalt in Shinjuku envelops me, I suddenly recall the cool breeze sweeping across the vast rice fields of Minami-Uonuma. On nights illuminated by the lights of Kawasaki factories or planes taking off from Haneda, my mind drifts to the piercingly brilliant starry sky viewed from the Uonuma Skyline. It takes just an hour and a half by Shinkansen; the gentle murmur of the Uono River is right there.

As I ate the *sasa-dango* (bamboo-leaf-wrapped rice cakes) sent from home, the phrase "*hara-kucchai*"-local dialect for "I'm full"-slipped out naturally. Finding solace in that warmth, I resolve to step forward in this city again tomorrow. I poured those feelings into this song.

Dedicated to everyone living life to the fullest in the city, far from their hometown of Minami-Uonuma.
