Quarterlife
Twenty five
Quarterlife
Twenty five
Quarterlife
Twenty five

Day1 (feat. Marina Yamane)
Yamazaki Aoi
Aoi Yamazaki returns with EVERMINE, her new ten-track album created to be sung in her own voice. Meaning [forever mine] the title reflects the feeling she had when she first began making music, the belief that her love for music would remain hers forever. Now in her thirties, Yamazaki revisits that original feeling from where she stands today.
Alongside her career as a singer-songwriter, Yamazaki has written songs for numerous artists, including the female idol group Juice=Juice. EVERMINE marks a return to her own voice, bringing together songs she felt she wanted to deliver herself. The album turns inward lyrically, exploring dreams, everyday life, living and dying, and the emotions that come with growing older.
From the renewed momentum toward chasing dreams in Mitosokudo to the contemplative Sea Glass, the album reflects Yamazakis present perspective while staying close to her roots. She also handled arrangement and mixing on many of the tracks herself. At its heart, EVERMINE is a reminder of something simple and enduring: she loves singing with an acoustic guitar, and she loves making music in her own way.
