AFTER SCHOOL GHOSTS is a five track EP that looks back at different versions of the past self as Ghosts capturing five moments in time

The impulse to lose yourself in music frustration with nowhere to go moments of escaping reality questions that keep circling in your head and memories of searching for freedom far from home Feelings and scenes born at different points in life are brought together through the perspective of i from tk today

AFTER SCHOOL does not literally mean school It represents that sense of freedom that comes when the day is over when all the roles and expectations fall away and the time finally feels like your own

Not for anyone else and not for any particular purpose Just things created and left behind while being completely absorbed in the moment

AFTER SCHOOL GHOSTS brings together those past selves in five songs like pages collected and bound into a personal sketchbook

Artist Profile

  • i from tk

    Based in Tokyo, i from tk is an artist active in a wide range of genres, including painting, sculpture, and music. He has been fascinated with art since his childhood, and the works he creates are strongly influenced by his emotions and the images in his own head. He is currently making music with musashi village producer Jeff Loik and guitarist Sota Nakamura. In 2022, he won an audition of about 3000 people and performed at the Ringo Music Festival. And this year, it will be released on July 14, 2023. The film is called "ice cream fever" directed by Tetsuya Chihara, and original idea by Mieko Kawakami. The 1st single [puzzle] will be used as the soundtrack of the movie. Starring Riho Yoshioka, Serina Mottola, Utaha [Wednesday's Campanella], and Marika Matsumoto, the film features a cast of gorgeous actresses and artists. i from tk's music career is less than two years , but the quality is such that you don't feel it.
