The meaning is "Makutuu Souke (if you are doing the right thing, sincerely), nothing will come (somehow)".
From there, the lyrics were expanded, and the words of the chairman of the company were incorporated abundantly to compose the song, and the melody was made into a melody reminiscent of Ryukyu. The song is complete.
