"Reiwa no Tora," a popular business reality show streamed on YouTube, has inspired a groundbreaking music project. Junya Maesako, a songwriter, composer, and music producer who successfully achieved a full "ALL" as an applicant on the show, has completed an album he fully produced.

The project's concept was to "turn the tiger CEOs into lyricists and release songs," and the participating investors who supported Maesako include Koichiro Ando, Tomoaki Iguchi, Nanae Karasawa, Ryusei Kuwata, and Takahiro Hayashi.

Each CEO's personal thoughts were transformed into lyrics, and in tribute to Reiwa no Tora, every song title includes the Japanese sound "Tora."

In addition, many renowned creators recognized by Maesako took part in the production, resulting in a high-quality album.
