In around 1999, Okawa, Sugiura, and Tsukuda, who met through a music club at Rikkyo University, formed a band. In 2003, they released a mini-album independently. In January 2004, they made their major debut with "Soto wa Samui Kara / Fuwafuwa." In January 2006, they provided the opening and ending theme songs for the TV anime "Play Ball 2nd." In May 2015, Okawa (Vo.), Sugiura (Pf.), and Mori (Drs) resumed activities and released their first original full album in five and a half years, "Sayonara Tokyo," from WATTS UP! RECORDS. In 2024, celebrating their 20th debut anniversary, Okawa (Vo.) and Sugiura (Pf.) embarked on a new beginning.
