SUGARLUNG
SUGARLUNG is a bass vocal style rock band that started their activities in July 2017. The band consists of two members, Masataka Ezaki on vocals and bass, and Kensuke Ishikawa on guitar and chorus. In 2018, they won "RO JACK for ROCK IN JAPAN FESTIVAL 2018" and performed at one of the biggest music festivals in Japan, "ROCK IN JAPAN FESTIVAL 2018" despite only being formed one year. FESTIVAL 2018", one of the biggest music festivals in Japan. They have held three independent events "VOLTAGE" so far. In 2020, he held "twilight city" twice, a non-participant distribution event from a live house based on the concept of "preventing the spread of infection to the audience, supporting live houses, and continuing artists' activities and expression" by the Corona Vortex. In 2021, he will be holding his own monthly demo soundtracks. In 2021, he uploaded a demo sound source to his YouTube channel every month, and deepened his free expression and the range of his music. In September of the same year, he began selling two types of CDs at Tower Records, which had previously been available only at venues and via mail order. In May 2022, they won the Grand Prix at "ROAD TO JAPAN JAM 2022" and performed at the major rock festival "JAPAN JAM 2022", receiving a great response from rock fans.
