PRIMAL DUB is a new project by MaL.
A producer who has long explored the deepest corners of bass music through the roots of reggae and dub now enters a new phase.
On March 30, the 140 BPM tune Can't Diss Man featuring UK sound system scene heavyweight MC Killa P will be released as the first single.This will be followed by the album Deeper Than Roots, scheduled to drop on April 20.
Deeply rooted in the spirit of roots reggae and dub while connecting to contemporary UK bass music, the project is built around heavy sub-bass, spacious echoes, and production designed to be experienced through a sound system.
PRIMAL DUB presents a form of dub that evolves while diving deeper into its roots an ongoing exploration of low frequencies where classic foundations meet the future.
