A Mirage On The Cold Sea

It's a beautiful piece with a piano and strings for prayers for countless souls. This song has created ten years after the Great East Japan Earthquake that occurred in Mar 2011. A soft muted piano, soul-stirring harmonies of cello and violin are cuddle close to a beautiful and fragile melody. Swaying drones created with upright and electric bass are like a mirage that purifies the soul. I created this piece to express my condolences to the victims and their bereaved families. And for myself to never forget this. I'll share my feelings about this song in future concerts.
